The B&B “La Fucina di Merlino” is a piedmontese farmhouse of the nineteenth century located in Monferrato, Unesco heritage, hosting a specialised nursery with unusual plants.
The B&B is also a vinegar producer specialized in the production of wine vinegar, honey vinegar, flavored vinegar according to old recipes and biological vinegar.
At “La fucina di Merlino” you can taste rich breakfast for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and, for those who wishes it, herbal tea made with homegrown herbs.
